It is possible for non-citizens to obtain limited licensing, intended for physicians who are looking to work at an Israeli hospital for a limited period of time (e.g, fellowships, contract work, etc.). The Israeli hospital offering you the limited position is responsible for applying to the Ministry of Health for a limited permit on your behalf.
Limited permits are exclusive to the setting and period of time for which they’ve been issued.
