A joint initiative of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration’s Physicians Olim Directorate, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of the Negev, Galilee, and National Resilience, and Nefesh B’Nefesh, in cooperation with the Jewish Agency for Israel. Created to help address Israel’s physician shortage, IMAP streamlines the Aliyah process for medical professionals worldwide. From navigating licensing requirements to connecting with employers, government agencies, and professional associations, IMAP provides personalized guidance and practical resources every step of the way. Our mission is to support physicians in building rewarding careers in Israel’s healthcare system, while helping strengthen communities across the country and ensuring a smoother professional and personal integration upon arrival.
