The Ministry of Aliyah and Integration’s new Physicians Olim Directorate, in collaboration with the International Medical Aliyah Program (IMAP) and the Ministry of Education, is launching a new program for teaching medical Hebrew to physicians planning to make Aliyah within the next two years.
This program will be delivered by professional instructors specializing in medical Hebrew for physicians. This course is intended for physicians with at least a B-level proficiency in Hebrew and will be conducted online (via Zoom). Admission to the course is subject to a preliminary interview, which will be conducted via telephone or Zoom.
The course will cover terminology, verbs, and concepts related to the field of medicine. Additionally, it will focus on improving reading, writing, and speaking skills in Hebrew.
Please note, only those with an open Aliyah application are eligible to apply for and attend the Medical Ulpan.
